RAMBLES

Welcome to our rambles page where you can hear all about the behind-the-scenes dramas, thoughts, pains and lessons learnt on the road as we become more seasoned and experienced overlanders.

Of course we travel with our dog, Evie, so hopefully we can give you some insight on travelling with an adventure pup, and the ups and downs of having a four-legged friend. Our chosen vehicle, a Land Rover Defender, isn’t the easiest going rig and too often requires some attention to settle the Diva energy.

We have travelled North America over the last 20 months and endured more than our fair share of stress and heartache but by default we are not quitters and continue to take every challenge head on.

We sincerely hope that you enjoy our rambles and give us feedback and topic suggestions along the way. Welcome to our journey, and thank you for being here!

(These reflections are written by Ellie, often with a coffee in hand and a surprisingly heavy sleeping dog head crushing my foot…)
